He entered the industry with little prior experience but received comprehensive training through a combination of on-site visits with engineers and internal training sessions at the company's facility in Redditch. “After returning from my 3-month sabbatical to travel around Southeast Asia, WCS supported me wholeheartedly. This accomplishment contributed to my promotion to an account manager role at the beginning of 2024.
