Phil heads up the national and regional Water Treatment, Hygiene, Engineering and Training sales teams. He moved from laboratory work to water treatment over 20 years ago, where he started as a Service Engineer before progressing to Regional, then General Manager. He brings invaluable hands-on experience managing complex water treatment programmes, maximising efficiency and enabling system improvements. Phil is quiet, unflappable and a fast problem-solver. He still makes customer visits whilst being responsible for delivery of ‘highest standards’ in customer service, training and support. Experience includes British Sugar, Rolls Royce, Nottingham University, Plastek and Mitie (FM).
