Role Statement

To Support and represent the business on client sites whilst undertaking the tasks incorporated into the role of a Water Hygiene Technician.

What will I be doing as a Water Hygiene Technician?


You will be working on multiple sites per day carrying out the following tasks. Some of these tasks would be carried out on your own or working within the team. You will need to liaise with customers or site contacts before you commence work.

Sampling (including closed systems), temperature checks, shower head cleaning, TMV servicing, tank inspection and descaling outlets.

Preferred experience in the following tasks but training would be provided if necessary.

Weekly inspection checks of cooling towers, clean and disinfection of cooling towers. Clean and disinfection of process systems. Mains injection disinfections. Softening unit checks and simple fault diagnosis.

Completing admin tasks in a timely manner.


 What are the requirements? (experience and qualifications)

Water Treatment industry experience Essential

Knowledge of HSG 274

HTM04 desirable

Hold an Enhanced DBS

Clean driving Licence

Good organisation, administration and communication skills
