The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing and expanding company. Working in a fast-paced environment supporting the Fleet Manager as a Fleet Administrator. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and to complete tasks in a timely manner.

 

Reporting to the Fleet Manager

Location: Quedgeley

 

Areas of Responsibilities

 

  • Updating of systems for new starters, ensuring company vehicles are kept up to date for MOT’s and servicing
  • Dealing with any queries via telephone or e-mail and escalating when required
  • Processing of driving licence checks and Issuing fuel cards
  • Keeping systems up to date of any changes
  • Assist with accident reporting ensuring forms have been completed and submitted
  • Liaising with different departments in processing of parking fines, speeding fines and penalty fines.
  • Communicate effectively to levels of staff verbally and in writing
  • Ad hoc duties
