To support the Factory Supervisor by effectively managing the people within the picking area of the warehouse ensuring orders are being dispatched in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of the importance of working safely with hazardous chemicals and an ability to supervise and motivate He/she will understand health & safety and the importance of PPE, need to be physically fit and hold a current fork lift licence for a reach truck (and preferably counterbalance). Good communication and people management skills are essential as the role involves team working with other departments, and the ability to work under pressure. To support and represent the business on client sites whilst undertaking the tasks incorporated into the role of a Water Hygiene Technician. To work under own initiative and also as part of a team when required; to be able to work flexible hours and weekends as required.
In depth knowledge of HSG 274 required and HTM (04) desirable. Clean current driving licence and DBS check. Computer literate, well organised and confident to speak directly with clients and internal staff. Working at height and confined space works are a key element of the role.
